Hello, My Name is Hazel Denny John. I am a Year 3 student doing the IBM with Marketing Course.

Hope you are having a fun time so far. I wouldn't want to bore you with a whole introduction so I’m going to cut to the chase.

Events and Student Community Interests are key to anyone's university experience. So, it is important that every student feels that they are included and can contribute to making the best use of their time at university. And with that said, I think I am adequately qualified to take up the position.  Why?

As your Executive for Events and Communities, I guarantee that I will be your voice whenever there is a need for one. I believe that an Events & Communities Executive should be committed, flexible, and has an eye for detail. I’d like to think I have these qualities and would want to use them if given the opportunity. I want to work hard to make your university experience even more AWESOME, INCLUSIVE, and WORTHWHILE for YOU.

It has been amazing getting to know peers. I hope to know more people and work together with the council in providing support for a purposeful tenure and consideration of YOUR opinions. I promise to be the ear for you to speak to and make YOUR time at university as memorable as it possibly can be. I hope to help effectively aid the planning of events in the university and make sure to maintain an organized, successful year ahead!

I may not be the most popular person running for this position, but I ASSURE you I will definitely make it a PRIORITY to LISTEN to you.
