Hey guys,

I’m Harit Shetty, 2nd year Business and Finance student running for the post, Executive of Sports.

My life has been heavily influenced by sports. I currently compete for the university in cricket and athletics. I actively participated in a lot of inter-school and inter-university competitions, and I play cricket for the UAE U-19 national team.

Firstly, my main goal would be to motivate the students at this university to participate in sports since I have always believed that participation is more important than winning. Next, look out for a brand-new sports club along the way that most people would love to join. Also, why don’t we try to maintain good relations with our competitors? Imagine having enjoyable sessions with them! Lastly, I will strive to support the women’s-in sports campaign that was initiated by our VP of Sports.
