Hello everyone,

I am Dhwani Vasnani and I’m running for the position of Executive of Well-being. Together with the Vice President, I am confident that I can bring about positive changes to enhance the student experience at our university.

My main focus for the upcoming academic year, 2023-2024, is to improve the on-campus experience for current students by organizing events that promote not only mental and physical health but also provide opportunities for occupational growth through volunteering. Furthermore, I am committed to supporting our agenda for sustainability.

In addition to this, I want to make the transition to the Dubai campus easier for international students. I understand that leaving home for higher studies can be challenging, and I plan to proactively support international students from the beginning of their journey at Heriot Watt.
