My name is Ardra Sudheer and I intend to step into the role of Executive of Events with heightened spirits and the drive to bring unprecedented changes to the various events that take place at Heriot Watt.
Heriot Watt is an esteemed educational institution that houses a multifaceted and diverse group of students. With an aim to ensure that their talents and cultures are appreciated, acknowledged and celebrated, I shall reprise my role as a voice for the students. Their ideas and concerns will be collated and addressed with the assistance of the Student Council. No student will be left out and this is a primary objective. With regards to the multitude of my other initiatives, they will be reflected in my actions as an Executive. I will not be using words to justify my leadership, but rather my actions will speak for me. 
In order to describe myself as a leader, simply refer to ABCD.
A - Active listener
I will be constantly listening to any and every opinion, critique, idea and concern of every student. 
B – Bold
Nothing standing in my way shall hinder my pursuit for the best possible student experience for the students of Heriot Watt.
C – Collaboration
Events are not the result of one person. I shall ensure students are also an active part of the decision making process. 
D – Determined towards success
All my efforts as an Executive is to attain the highest possible standard of success and nothing less.
A vote for me is not just a mere vote. It is a vote to realize what you truly desire. Together, we will make sure Heriot Watt events are the hallmark of university events.
