#DigiInventors Challenge 2023

What is the #DigiInventors Challenge ?

The #DigiInventors Challenge is on a mission to test your ambition.

We want you to come up with new ideas that can be developed and transformed into digital health and care solutions to support our young people.

When is it ?

The #DigiInventors Challenge takes place between August and December. We have partnered with dressCode, City of Glasgow College, Heriot-Watt University Dubai, and the Scottish Tech Army to provide resources for your classroom activities and support your teaching, learning, and idea development.

Similar to previous years, we are running a separate challenge for young people in the UAE. The winners from both Scotland and the UAE will be showcased to a global audience.

But before then shortlisted finalists will join us for a 2-day boot camp where you will refine your idea and attend specialised sessions to develop your ideas. Then, there will be a final event where you will present your idea to a panel of expert judges.

This year, we are making a slight change to the Challenge. We will focus on one specific health challenge and ideas that incorporate SMART Technology. You can earn bonus points if your idea includes features that benefit the environment and contribute to achieving net zero carbon emissions.
