Boxing and Fitness club is all about increasing your body strength and stamina, becoming calmer mentally and making new friends, while having loads of fun training. The club has two parts- fitness (1 hour) and boxing 1 (hour). The fitness (1 hour) session is the best for people who do not want to engage in boxing, but just get the benefits of improving their body. While it is comparatively tough and challenging, we still recommend doing everything at your own pace, there is no pressure. We use different methods of training for fitness and we are always improving and increasing our knowledge. But if you are looking for a real challenge you must join the boxing (1 hour) session. Members with any boxing experience levels are welcome! For anyone interested, there are amateur fights, but now due to restrictions, they are not happening.
